Laos e-Visa Fee

There are two kinds of Laos Evisa fees that you have to pay to get your Evisa to Laos, including visa service fee and Government and admin fee.

1. Laos E-Visa Service Fee:

Our service fee is the amount you have to pay in advance for our service, which includes giving you advice about the Laos e-visa, providing the documents you need, checking your application, and giving you the result of your application. Our services include:

We will collect your e-Visa from the Laos Government and send it for you to print out before you arrive in Laos checkpoints (airports/borders):

• Pakse - PKZ- Champasak- Champasak
• Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge I (Vientiane) (from Thailand)
• Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge II (Savannakhet ) ( from Thailand)
• Thai-Lao Frienship Bridge IV (Bokeo Province) (from Thailand)
• Boten International Checkpoint (Luang Namtha Province) (from China)
• Boten Railway Station (Luang Namtha Province) (from China)

The table below shows the service fee for the application.

• Normal: For those who would like to get e-Visa within 5 business days.

Urgent and Super Urgent services are not available at this time. You can proceed with Normal processing or contact us for updates.

2. Laos E-visa Government & admin fee

Government & Admin Fee includes the official government eVisa charge as listed on the government portal, along with administrative costs, plus administrative costs such as GST, foreign exchange differences, payment processing surcharges, and any variable fees applied at the government portal during final checkout.

Any changes after paying The Government and admin Fee will be charged as a new application.

Notes about e-Visas:

All visitors need to have a passport valid for more than 180 days from the date of arrival. If your passport validity is less than 180 days, you must renew or apply for a new passport before you can apply for eVisa.
